Hearst BIA

The Business Improvement Area (BIA) in Hearst, in Northern Ontario needed an image around which to build their promotional campaign. Hearst's old image was "backwater" and "going nowhere".

They asked us to develop an image that fit with who they really are. After considerable discussion, we determined they were a modern, 'funky' Northern community, well worth including on any Northern visitor's travels. This logo says it, and has been at the centre of the downtown's revival.
